1. Probenvorbereitung: 16-20 Stunden (ÜN) bei 2-8 °C inkubieren
2. ELISA: 3 Stunden, Inkubationen bei Raumtemperatur
Messung im ELISA-Reader bei 450 nm (570-650 nm Referenzwellenlänge)

Sample volume: 2 x 50 µl patient serum (no plasma)
1. Sample Preparation: 16-20 hours (over night) incubation at 2-8 °C
2. ELISA: 3 hours, incubations at room temperature
Measurement in ELISA reader at 450 nm (570-650 nm reference wavelength)
